Introduction ICM Trainer Light

The ICM Trainer Light allows you to practice an mathematically optimal SNG play in the late stage of a tournament. It consists of 10 lections with different difficulties. The ICM Trainer Light is especially for SNG beginners. During the course of the lessons you will learn different situations which can occur in the late stages of a tournament and how to handle them.

System requirements

Supported operating systems: Windows Vista/XP/2000.
Resolution: At least 1024 x 768
Harddrive space: about 15 MB.
RAM: We recommend at least 512 MB.
Necessary runtime environment: .NET Framework 2.0
Additional: Adobe Flash Player for the Internet Explorer, Windows Installer 3.0


If the Trainer does not work:
To be able to use the ICM Trainer Light the Adobe Flash Player for the Internet Explorer has to be installed. Start the Internet Explorer download Adobe Flash Player at http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash . Follow the installation instructions.

Quickstart

Selection of the lessons: You can only start with the first lesson. All other lessons have to cleared by passing the previous lessons. How many questions have to be correct to pass a lesson can be found in the description of the lesson.

Lessons: If a lesson is started you have to make a decision in every hand. You can only choose "Fold" or "Push". If you made a decision you will get a short evaluation which hands should have been played in this situation. To get to the next question you just have to click on "Next hand".

Important: To learn the game of the late stages it doesn't suffice to click "blind" through all situations. In fact you should think about why a situation is played like it is recommended.  Internalizing the tips and tricks on the right side is also important.
